Terms of service
The operating rules for a private company sales workspace.
Last updated August 30, 2026. These terms are a commercial-launch draft and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before broad public sale. By creating or using an account, a company and its authorized users agree to follow these terms and applicable law.
1. Eligibility and authority
Users must be adults authorized to act for the company whose workspace they access. The company is responsible for the accuracy of its identity, licensing, registration, ownership, and billing information and for ensuring that its users are permitted to handle regulated-business records.
2. The service
TAGE Farms Sales Desk provides company-scoped sales, CRM, document intake, product, invoicing, accounting-support, compliance-support, reporting, and directory tools. Availability differs by state and data source. A market marked pending, source review, format gate, or no public roster is not represented as a verified live directory.
3. Accounts and access
The company administrator controls team invitations, roles, markets, territories, and access. Users must keep sign-in links, access codes, email accounts, devices, and credentials secure and may not share access with an unauthorized person. The company must promptly revoke users who no longer require access and report suspected compromise.
4. Acceptable use
- Use the service only for lawful licensed-business activity and authorized internal operations.
- Do not bypass access controls, obtain data from protected systems without authorization, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, or attempt to access another company's workspace.
- Do not use directory or communication tools in violation of calling, texting, email, consent, recording, privacy, cannabis, advertising, or professional-licensing laws.
- Do not upload content the company lacks the right or authority to process.
5. Public directories and third-party sources
Public-license directories are informational snapshots from identified regulator sources. They can be delayed, incomplete, changed, or withdrawn. Status, license, location, and contact data must be verified with the responsible regulator before a compliance, sales, or regulated-transfer decision. Metrc and regulator names belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement.
6. Metrc Connect and integrations
Production Metrc Connect is read-only unless a separate future feature is expressly documented and authorized. API availability depends on state, Metrc, integrator approval, company credentials, and external service limits. Manual PDF intake remains a separate workflow. Stripe, email, notification, mapping, and other integrations are also subject to their providers' availability and terms.
7. Company records and generated documents
The company owns and is responsible for the business records it enters, uploads, imports, edits, sends, or exports. Prices, orders, invoices, payments, tax classifications, investor information, compliance forms, labels, and accounting entries must be reviewed and approved by an authorized person before use. The service does not independently verify every source document or business fact.
8. Professional review
The service is operational software, not a law firm, accounting firm, tax preparer, testing laboratory, medical provider, or regulator. Tax packets, investor schedules, compliance forms, labels, financial statements, and regulatory summaries are drafts and organizational aids for review by the company's qualified professionals. They are not legal, tax, accounting, medical, or regulatory advice.
9. Plans, trials, and billing
Current plan scope, trial length, subscription price, and any one-time setup fee are displayed on the pricing and checkout pages. A trial does not require a card unless the checkout flow expressly says otherwise. Paid service renews according to the selected billing interval until canceled. Taxes and third-party fees may apply. Promotions apply only when their written code, amount, eligibility, and expiration are confirmed.
10. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or suspended to protect tenant data, investigate abuse, respond to legal requirements, address nonpayment after applicable notice, or prevent harm to the service. A company may cancel its subscription through the available billing controls. Export and deletion requests remain subject to applicable retention duties, backups, and audit evidence.
11. Availability and responsibility
The service is provided subject to maintenance, external-source changes, internet failures, and third-party outages. To the extent allowed by law, users are responsible for reviewing outputs and maintaining appropriate business continuity, source records, professional advice, and backups of exported material. Any warranty, liability limitation, indemnity, governing-law, venue, or dispute-resolution language should be finalized by counsel before external commercial launch.
12. Contact and changes
Questions may be sent to jcalvin@2cproduction.com. These terms may be updated as the service changes. Material changes should be communicated through the service or company contact on file before they take effect when reasonably possible.
