Instructional page 2 · Start-to-finish walkthrough

From a folder of company records to a working daily desk.

See what your team brings, what TAGE prepares, and what a person reviews at every step. Nothing important disappears behind the word “automatic.”

The simple operating idea

Bring the evidence. Review the facts. Work the next action.

TAGE is designed for a small grow that needs practical control now—not another expensive implementation that only becomes useful after every integration is approved.

01

Start with the evidence the grow already has.

Bring the company folder

You bring

Current and prior licenses, OBNDD records, business documents, operating procedures, manifests, COAs, Metrc exports, spreadsheets, PDFs, photos, and scans.

TAGE prepares

TAGE preserves every original and relative folder path, classifies the file, detects exact duplicates, and proposes facts that may belong in the company record.

A person reviews

An administrator reviews conflicts, confirms safe facts, and leaves unknown information blank. Signatures, attestations, notary work, and submissions stay with the authorized person.

02

See what is present, what conflicts, and what still needs attention.

Build the company and compliance picture

You bring

The source files plus the people who know how the business actually operates.

TAGE prepares

TAGE connects license identifiers, company details, operating evidence, expiration dates, preparation targets, official resources, and review gaps inside one tenant-private workspace.

A person reviews

Management confirms the official facts and uses the calendar and control map as a preparation aid—not as legal advice or proof of regulator acceptance.

03

Turn old paperwork into searchable operating context.

Rebuild useful history from manifests

You bring

Historical manifest PDFs and the supporting customer, package, weight, route, and product information available in those documents.

TAGE prepares

The guarded history builder can create or reuse customer records and prepare reviewable manifest-linked operational records and draft invoices.

A person reviews

No invoice is sent, no payment is recorded, and no accounting state is posted merely because a file was imported. A person reviews the draft first.

04

Compare what is physically present with the current uploaded evidence.

Verify rooms, tags, and inventory

You bring

Current Available, Used, Voided, and Inactive exports plus the current plant file for each room.

TAGE prepares

Phone or Tera scans are saved as a physical pass, then matched against tag lifecycle and room evidence. TAGE names missing, outside-room, available, voided, inactive, conflicting, and unknown results and exports a correction workbook.

A person reviews

The physical scan, uploaded Metrc evidence, and approved room baseline stay separate. Replacing a file can rematch saved scans without forcing the team to scan the room again.

05

Sales records what was promised; operations sees what to pack.

Turn the customer request into an exact handoff

You bring

The customer, product, pounds requested, exact 448-gram breakdown, packaging choices, verified addresses, and route facts.

TAGE prepares

TAGE calculates the package count and grams, applies company or customer pricing rules, builds the pack-out view, and prepares customer, license, route, transporter, and manifest worksheet text for review.

A person reviews

Staff confirm inventory, price, route, destination, transporter facts, and the official Metrc entry before anything moves.

06

Management can see the work without chasing five separate systems.

Close the operating loop

You bring

Reviewed invoices, receipts, expenses, follow-ups, deadlines, completion dates, and corrections from the day-to-day work.

TAGE prepares

TAGE connects receivables, expenses, recurring costs, management reports, accountant packets, license planning, customer activity, and auditable release history.

A person reviews

Authorized people still approve financial postings, payments, regulated submissions, and professional tax or legal decisions.

What a working day can look like

One record follows the work from morning through management review.

7:30Morning

Open the dashboard. See calls, follow-ups, renewal countdowns, company alerts, current market coverage, and the next work that needs attention.

10:00In the room

Open the selected room, scan without touching the field, save every unique tag, and compare the pass with the newest uploaded source files.

1:30With a customer

Open the prospect or customer, preserve notes, create the order, show the package breakdown, and hand operations an exact pack-out request.

4:30At the desk

Review draft invoices, route and manifest preparation, receipts, discrepancies, deadlines, and the activity behind the numbers.

Questions a careful grower should ask

Clear answers before you commit.

What if I do not have Metrc API access?

Start with manual uploads now. The Manual plan is built for current exports, manifests, COAs, scanned records, and human-reviewed official entry. Authorized read-only Metrc Connect can be added later after external approval and credential setup.

What if my old files are messy?

That is exactly why the intake preserves originals, folder paths, duplicates, conflicts, and missing fields. It proposes structure without pretending uncertain text is a verified fact.

Is this only for a large operation?

No. The interface and price are aimed at small licensed teams that need one practical operating desk. Roles, tenant separation, and company controls allow the same foundation to grow with the business.

Can the team use it from a phone?

Yes. Calls, addresses, directions, room scans, tag lookup, customer records, orders, and installed-app shortcuts are designed for mobile use as well as desktop work.

Does TAGE file or change Metrc for me?

No. Manual workflows prepare reviewable evidence and copy-ready worksheets. The optional Connect plan is read-only. TAGE does not post regulatory changes or bypass the official system.

Can another grower see my records?

No by design. Companies have separate users, credentials, documents, CRM records, accounting data, uploads, and audit trails. Platform administration does not turn private tenant records into a shared directory.

The next step is small

Give TAGE one real workflow and see whether your day gets clearer.

Upload a current export, build one customer order, or scan one room. The goal is not more software. The goal is fewer blind spots and a better next decision.
